My coaching plans are tailored to each clients specific needs. Plans range from £300p/m for light-touch remote support up to £2400p/m for intense and regular support. Plans include an element of telephone, email and WhatsApp support meaning I am never more than 24hrs away. Plans can be flexed up and down depending on the level of support required.

Discounts are available for startups (below £250k annual sales) and up-front payments for 3 months or more.

This is why I will not create a one-size-fits-all coaching approach for my clients.

However, I strive to make coaching as efficient and impactful as possible, typically involving regular sessions and actionable steps that fit into your busy schedule without overwhelming it. Most of my plans include email or WhatsApp support, meaning you can access me at your convenience outside of scheduled calls.

  • My goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction when working with clients. I take great pride in my experience, my work and relationships. If you're not satisfied with the coaching process, I encourage open communication to address and rectify any issues. My approach is flexible and client-focused, allowing for adjustments to meet your expectations.

  • While immediate improvements often happen, substantial and sustainable growth typically takes time. The timeframe varies based on your specific goals and business dynamics. However, you'll start developing new perspectives and strategies from our first session, setting the foundation for ongoing improvement.

    Success does not happen over night. In fact there is no such thing as guaranteed success. I strive to support your business journey through the transfer of industry knowledge, experience and insights to mitigate risk, increase opportunities for success, and importantly develop your own learning.

  • I divide my time between corporate client work in the form of both hands-on consulting, board advisory and Non-executive roles, alongside coaching. This work provides me with real hands-on access to the latest news, technologies, trends and strategies within the consumer products and retail industry.

  • Client confidentiality is paramount. All discussions and business details shared during coaching sessions are kept strictly confidential to maintain trust and privacy. I have NDA contracts available for clients that would prefer a legal agreement.
