My coaching plans are tailored to each clients specific needs. Plans range from £300 ($400) p/m for light-touch IM based remote support up to £2400 ($3000) p/m for intense and regular support including board advisory support. All plans include an element of telephone, email and WhatsApp support meaning I am never more than 24hrs away. Plans can be flexed up and down depending on the level of support required.

Discounts are available for startups (below £250k annual sales) and up-front payments for 3 months or more.

My own experience stems from product categories including household electrical, consumer electronics, homewares, DIY and furniture. Whilst I can bring specific deep insights to the table from these sectors, the principles of running a consumer product business are similar, regardless of the product type.

  • I divide my time between corporate client work in the form of both hands-on consulting, board advisory and Non-executive roles, alongside coaching. This work provides me with real hands-on access to the latest news, technologies, trends and strategies within the consumer products and retail industry.
